Baidu Tieba has 300 million active users while Viber has 249 million. Sina Weibo has 222 million active users while Line has 215 million. Snapchat has 200 million users and 150 million users are active each day, watching 10 billion videos each day. YY has 122 million active users; VKontakte has 100 million active users as does BBM and Telegram.

Facebook Suspends Ad Segmentation Based On Racial Groups. Facebook has announced a temporary suspension of the ability of advertisers to exclude racial groups from ads as it reviews the potential of the tool being used for discriminatory purposes.
