Snapchat has 200 million users and 150 million users are active each day, watching 10 billion videos each day. YY has 122 million active users; VKontakte has 100 million active users as does BBM and Telegram.

Facebook Suspends Ad Segmentation Based On Racial Groups. Facebook has announced a temporary suspension of the ability of advertisers to exclude racial groups from ads as it reviews the potential of the tool being used for discriminatory purposes.
