Facebook prioritizes ad transparency with searchable database. Facebook is introducing a View Ads tab to Pages in Canada next month, which will display details about all campaigns running across its platform and on Instagram, Audience Network and Messenger. The feature will be extended to the US next summer and will include a searchable archive that will include a four-year history of ads, including political campaigns, and all political ads will be required to display a “Paid for by” label.
Remember, social media marketing isn’t always the tech. It’s the people.
Today, traditional TV still accounts for the lion’s share of video viewing, but online and mobile are where the growth is. When managed together, TV/digital/mobile hold the potential to drive real impact for advertisers—enabling them to maximize the customers they reach and/or reinforce key messaging across screens.
