Today, traditional TV still accounts for the lion’s share of video viewing, but online and mobile are where the growth is. From fourth quarter 2012 to fourth-quarter 2013, the hours consumers spent watching online video grew 30%. When managed together, TV/digital/mobile hold the potential to drive real impact for advertisers—enabling them to maximize the customers they reach and/or reinforce key messaging across screens. After all, ‘It’s all about screens’.

CBS
On the Tiffany Network, beginning at 8P, a rerun of ‘The Big Bang Theory’ was the top draw on Thursday with a 16% advantage over #2 ABC. ‘The Big Bang’ rerun scored 7.86 million viewers and a 5.1 rating/10 share. At 830P, ‘The Millers’ drew 5.78 million viewers and a 3.6/7. Next at 9P, ‘Big Brother’ drew 6.15 million viewers and a 4.1/7, which was equal with one year earlier. It was followed at 10P by a rerun of the ‘Extant’ pilot which added 3.84 million viewers and a 2.8/5. Based on the Live + Same Day data, ‘Extant’ which debuted on Wednesday with 9.58 million viewers.
ABC
The Alphabet Network began the evening at 8P with the fantastic drama ‘The Black Box’ and it scored 3.62 million viewers and a 2.7/5. There are few programs on television this intense and completely absorbing. It is Must See TV ON DEMAND episode titled, ‘I Shall Be Released’. With two cases, one featuring a strange disease that has a patient doomed to enduring the advanced onset of the hallucination, tests reveal he has Cotard’s Syndrome. In the other case, a young patient has an advanced stage as rabies. What follows is pure genius. At 9P, the perennial summer Canadian drama ‘Rookie Blue’ was very compelling as it drew 4.94 million viewers and a 3.4/6. At 10P, ‘NY Med’ completed an exciting evening on the Disney Channel of Broadcast with a dominant 5.17 million viewers and a 3.6/7.
NBC
For the Peacock Network at 8P began the evening with ‘Hollywood Game Night’ and drew 3.83 million viewers and a 2.7/5. A year-ago, the game show ‘The Winner Is…’ was stronger at a 2.7/4 on 7/11/13. At 10P, ‘Last Comic Standing’ finished third with 3.33 million viewers and a 2.6/5. But that was up by 8% week-to-week.
FOX
The Animal Network of Broadcast began the evening at 8P with ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ and it drew 4.67 million viewers and a 3.5/6. At 9P, the exciting new drama ‘Gang Related’ fought through all of the problems to post 2.48 million viewers and a 1.9/3. Granted, not many people want to see this Hispanic, Black, White, Green, Yellow and Blue drama as there are many subtitles from Spanish and Russian speaking scenes. But the texture of this program is unmatched on broadcast (not unlike FX’s ‘The Bridge’). It is worthy of a glimpse because without it, we have lost something special on television during the summer.
Univision
El número uno de nabla hispana, at 8P began with ‘De Que Te Quiero, Te Quiero’ and drew a 0.9 A18-49. At 9P, ‘Lo Que La Vida Me Robo’ finished #2 with 1.4 A18-49 rating, but was the biggest Hispanic program on Thursday. Yet it was at 10P, when ‘Que Pobres Tan Ricos’ finished first in A18-49 with 1.1 rating.
Telemundo

But at 10P, the new and powerful ‘El Señor de los Cielos’ brought a 0.9 A18-49 rating for the network’s top performance on Thursday. This is a real up-and-coming program on Hispanic television. It is lifting the entire network to better performances.
The CW
